• New Build Homebuy (formerly Shared Ownership) enables you to buy from 25% of a newly-built home and pay subsidised rent on the rest.
• Shared Ownership Resale properties are those offered for sale by current shared owners through the New Build Homebuy scheme. The only difference is that the property will not be a "first time buy".
• Intermediate Rent offers access to reduced rents for keyworkers (ie employed in certain occupations that provide a vital service to the community).
