Every six months Southern Housing Group is giving away £200 to one lucky resident who is up-to-date with their rent.
Residents who they pay their rent on time are helping to ensure that the Group can focus our resources on providing services that really matter to you. This means we are more efficient in our work and time is not lost chasing up overdue rent. That is why we are offering a £200 thank you to all those residents who keep on top of their rent and service charge payments.
For your chance to win make sure there are no outstanding payments due on your account by the end of March 2010 and you will automatically be entered into the prize draw (terms and conditions apply).

Terms and Conditions
1. Southern Housing Group means Southern Housing Group Limited, James Butcher Housing Limited, South Wight Housing Association Limited and Southern Home Ownership Limited.
2. The competition is open to all Southern Housing Group residents who have an up-to-date rent account by the end of March 2010.
3. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by any competition instructions.
4. To be included in the draw residents must have an up-to-date rent account on 31 March 2010. However if rent payments remain regular and the resident does not fall behind in any of their payments, they will automatically be entered into subsequent ‘Clear rent account’ draws of which there are two a year.
5. There will be one winner per draw and the winner will be picked at random.
6. The prize is £200 and there is no alternative.
7. The decision of the Judges over every instance shall be final and Judges shall have the right, at their discretion, to change the rules of the competition while it is running if it appears to them that it would be equitable or appropriate to do so, including the extension of the closing date whereupon there will be an announcement of any such extension at the first reasonable opportunity. No correspondence will be entered into or comment issued on any matters concerning the competition, and no reasons given for any decision made by the Judges.
8. The winner will be notified by email, telephone or letter and announced on the website and/or in the resident newsletter Open Door; Southern Housing Group reserves the right to publish the names of the winners and runners-up, and the winning entries themselves, and all winners are required to give their full co-operation to all requests by Southern Housing Group or a promoter in connection with publicity for the competition, their entry, the prize or otherwise.
9. The name of the winner will be sent to anyone who requests the same within three (3) months of the draw. Requests should be sent to the postal or email address for competition entries and, if postal, should be accompanied by an SAE.
