Customer service monitors

Do you know good service when you see it? If the answer is 'yes' why not become a customer service monitor?

To ensure that a range of our services are up to scratch, we have started our Customer Service Monitors Programme. As a Service Monitor, you have a  hands on role in ensuring we deliver on our promises. For example, you might be part of a team assessing the quality of the Group's gardening services, or  the quality of repairs or major works. It's a varied role that makes a real difference to the way we work.

Customer Service Monitors work closely with our Resident Involvement Team, with plenty of support to make the experience interesting and enjoyable.  If you have a day free every few months to see how key parts of our service work - with the opportunity to change things - then being a Customer Service Monitor might be for you.

Customer estate inspectors - getting it right locally

As a resident you'll know we regularly inspect our schemes and estates - and on many schemes and estates we work directly with you, the residents. Your experience helps us get the service right and keep standards high. Being a Customer Estate Inspector is a great way of getting involved if you only have an hour available every month or so. And you get to see the many practical changes happening in your neighbourhood.

Our inspectors work closely with our Resident Services Team and we provide the support needed to make your involvement worthwhile and rewarding.
