Customer Services Committee and the Group Main Board

Our customers are at the heart of our business. We have two residents on the Group Main Board, which oversees all the work of Southern Housing Group. Residents also play a key role on our Customer Services Committee, which oversees all the services delivered to our residents. It is accountable to the Group Main Board.
Fifty percent of our Customer Services Committee places are reserved for resident members. When a vacancy occurs on the Group Main Board or Customer Services Committee, residents can put themselves forward. Vacancies are advertised in our resident newsletter, Open Door.
