Southern Space
Southern Space is a development company specialising in aspirational new homes for sale. Established in 2005 as a subsidiary of Southern Housing Group, our aim is to develop innovative living space for all.
We have built a reputation for maximising in-fill development in the South East by building houses on "brownfield" sites utilising environmentally friendly technologies from sustainable resources. We have also been involved in rebuilding communities through our urban regeneration projects, both independently and in partnership with Southern Housing.
Our philosophy, 'life is better with your own space', is strengthened by our partnership with the Group and the enthusiasm of the team who strive to develop truly remarkable properties.
