Barry Nethercott: Finance Director Barry was appointed Group Finance Director in August 2007. Following a long and successful career with Royal Mail in a variety of senior manager and director roles, Barry joined the sector in 2004 working with a variety of organisations in a Director / Non Executive capacity before joining Southern. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, a Board member for Ealing Homes and also a member of Ealing Homes Audit and Regulatory Committee. |

Margaret Wright: Executive Director Margaret joined Southern Housing Group in May 2002 and is the Executive Director of South Wight Housing Association. Margaret has extensive experience of housing, most recently working for the Amicus Group as Director of Swale Housing Association. Margaret is a board member of two local charities and has a particular interest in customer care and continuous improvement. |
