Repairs and maintenance

You can report repairs to us over the phone between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
To report a repair, please call the service centre on 0300 303 1771 and select option 1 to speak to our repairs and maintenance team. (See exceptions below.)
For residents of Kent
Residents in Kent who want to report a repair can log their details directly with mhs commercial. Call 0300 303 1773 or 01634 354 026 (calls to the second number may be cheaper) to speak to the contractor directly. Lines are open from 7:30am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday. For communal repairs residents should continue to call the servics centre.
For residents in the London region
Residents in London who want to report a repair can log their details directly with the Breyer Group. Call 0300 303 1061 to speak directly to the contractor. Lines are open from 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday. For communal repairs residents should continue to call the service centre.
For residents on the Isle of Wight
To report a repair, please call 0300 303 1772. Select option 1, then choose a contractor depending on whether you live on the east or west of the island. Once you are connected to the contractor, they will ask you if you rent or own your home.
For emergency repairs
From 8pm to 8am Mondays to Fridays and at weekends.

Gas repairs and gas servicing
If you are a resident in rented accommodation and you wish to report a non-emergency gas repair or book a service visit:

If you smell gas
- Call Transco immediately on 0800 111999
- Turn off the gas at the meter
- Open your doors and windows
- Do not smoke, use naked flames or turn electrical switches on or off
