The new-look Open Door has arrived!
Southern Housing Group is delighted to launch its new-look resident newsletter, which was redesigned following feedback and input from residents.
The new design is easier to read, with a clearer layout and pull out quotes to highlight interesting facts and figures. The content of the newsletter has also been reviewed. Residents told us that sometimes the newsletter could be too focused on what we are doing with not enough information for residents. To address this we have introduced a new feature where you get to share your news, views and photos.
There is also a lot more practical advice on things relevant to your home and tenancy, as well as how to get more information on Group services that can benefit you.
Claire Bassham, Head of Communications said: “We decided to review the newsletter to make sure that we were meeting the needs of our residents. They told us what they liked about the old newsletter and other similar publications and we based the new design on that.
“Not only is the new publication more in line with what our residents told us they wanted, but we have also taken steps to ensure it provides us with best value for money.”
