Local offers – enhancing our Service Standards to residents
Southern Housing Group’s Service Standards set out our commitments to providing key services to residents, services identified by residents as being most important to them. These standards represent the basic offer that we provide to our residents. Two years’ since launching these standards, we have enhanced these commitments with new Local Offers.
We have enhanced our Service Standards in areas that we know are important to residents by including new offers around:
- The way we manage where you live.
- Our repairs and maintenance services.
- Major works to your home and shared areas.
- The ways that Southern Housing Group residents can become involved in shaping our services.
The new offers are not meant to replace our Service Standards, but to enhance them to the benefit of all residents.
Over the next year the Group will be reviewing, developing and enhancing other key Service Standards to give residents more opportunities to shape our services.
