Get closer to owning a home

If you meet the criteria, getting in touch with us is your next move towards owning a home. You can search for available properties or contact us on 08456 12 12 71 and we'll arrange a viewing for you. (As soon as properties are available that match what you're looking for.)

Arranging a Mortgage

Once you have agreed to purchase a new home it is important to instruct a solicitor and arrange a mortgage. To help you at this stage, we can provide details of independent financial advisors (IFAs) who specialise in New Build HomeBuy. Your IFA will then take steps to secure a mortgage for you.

Reserve a Home

We will work with you to ensure you can afford to reserve the home you choose.
A recommended independent financial advisor will do a financial assessment and we will confirm your eligibility with your HomeBuy Agent.

To reserve your home you will need to pay us a £300 reservation fee which will then be deducted from your final property cost. If you decide not to purchase your new home this money will not be refundable.

Legal Matters

To ensure the smooth purchase of your new home it is important to take legal advice. We can help you choose a solicitor that is right for you and we will issue them with a Memorandum of Sale which details the particulars of your purchase. It is important that you understand the terms of the lease which you enter into with us, both your responsibilities and ours. Your solicitor can help you to understand both the process of purchasing your new home and the terms and conditions of your lease.
