Dale Meredith: Member Dale has been development director with Southern Housing Group since the late 1980s. He is responsible for the Group's £500 million programme of new development and stock transfers as well as reinvestment programmes, new business, intermediate home ownership and a property development company. |

Barry Nethercott: Member Appointed to Group finance director in August 2007, Barry joined the housing sector in 2004 following a long and successful career with Royal Mail in a variety of senior manager and director roles. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a Board member and chair of the resources committee of a local registered social landlord (RSL).

He now chairs the governing board of Clifton High School in Bristol, the Investor Committee of the Mayfair Capital Income Plus Fund and also has board roles with Clevedon YMCA and the College of Estate Management. |
