Tony Bourne: Member Tony is the Chief Executive of the British Medical Association. Before this he was in investment banking for more than 25 years and most recently as a Director of Hawkpoint, an independent corporate finance advisory firm. Tony is a trustee of Scope, the disability organisation that focuses on people with cerebral palsy. |

Tom Dacey: Chief executive Tom was appointed Group Chief Executive in 1995, after 25 years working in the housing sector in the north of England. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, a member of the Institute of Management, and former chair of the G15 group of London's largest housing associations. |

Chris Hampson: Member Chris is currently Director of Strategy and Operations at Look Ahead Housing and Care. Chris has 13 years' experience in housing and social care, including in policy for the National Housing Federation, and for two housing associations in policy, research, new business and public relations. |

Jim Hitch: Member Jim spent two years helping to create the award-winning Manda Wilderness eco-tourism project in Mozambique before returning to London to resume English language training. Recently Jim set up English Language Services Limited after a total of 10 years in the sector. |

Jane Hives: Member Jane is an independent consultant, having been a partner in Ernst & Young for 13 years to 2002. She brings valuable experience, having worked with a number of property companies, the not-for profit sector, and several law firms. |

Preth Rao: Member Preth currently works at the Local Government Ombudsman as Head of Policy. Before this she was at the Equality and Human Rights Commission and the Commission for Racial Equality. Preth is also currenlty involved with a number of public policy organisations. |

Lara Oyedele: Member Lara is the Chief Executive of Odu-Dua Housing Association. She has over 20 years' housing experience acquired in local authorities, the voluntary sector, consulting, as well as in large housing associations. She has a Masters in Housing from the London School of Economics and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Lara is currently Chair of BMENational which promotes the work of BME housing associations.

Tim Richards : Member Tim is a Director and founding member of Aston Rose, Chartered Surveyors. He has over 25 years experience of advising commercial property developers, owners and occupiers, especially RSLs, Charities and Friendly Societies, across London and the UK. Tim is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a former Chair of both RICS London and RICS England.

Justin Chittock : Member Justin has 25 years City experience in lending to UK businesses for a number of European Banks, and until recently, Head of Specialised Finance at a major Belgian Bank with a focus on public finance and projects which support local communities, responsible for the UK market.
