How does it work?
It's simple. You buy a share of a property from us, and then pay rent on the remainder. You can buy more shares until you own the property outright. What's more, unlike buying on the open market, you benefit from our commitment to you and your property as long as you live there.

Who can apply?
If you are a first time buyer, a social housing tenant, a keyworker or on a council waiting list then you may be eligible. To start the process, you will need to fill in our basic eligibility form. Complete your basic eligibility form and we will email you when low cost home ownership properties that suit you become available. This is free service.
